Job Description : Project/Program Manager III
Location: Onsite, Wilmington, DE, US
Shift Schedule: Mon-Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm; Fridays: Ending around 3:00 pm
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $56.23/hr.
Our client is seeking Product Launch Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be dedicated on-site point of contact for the Robotics (AR) program, responsible for managing and executing on-site activities related to beta test execution, product development, and customer support. As part of the AR Product Launch team, the PLE will contribute to the seamless delivery of strategic product initiatives to the field, improving efficiency and lowering costs for Team’s next-generation Fulfillment and Sort Centers. This role involves coordination, communication, and management of launch activities, acting as a liaison between site Operations and various internal AR organizations.

Responsibilities
Support the Product Launch Manager in defining and executing product launch plans. Coordinate with local site management for proper operator training, procedural compliance, and safety practices. Coordinate Team Robotics staff for new product introduction, including system delivery, install, initial checkout, and data collection. Troubleshoot issues with Program Managers and Development Leads, maintaining launch plans in a dynamic work environment. Capture and synthesize Voice of the Customer for new product introductions, prioritizing system defects and leading triage efforts with product development. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external partners. Assist the training manager in organizing, delivering, and improving relevant product training materials. Support cross-functional launch retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned into future plans.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field (Engineering/Mathematics/Science).

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To develop and manage project assignments through completion; to communicate results; to make recommendations to management; and to ensure process compliance/oversight.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Identifies required resources; researches project data, procedures and history for a thorough understanding of project direction. Generates and analyzes statistical data reports. Develops, prepares and manages project plans through completion. Communicates activity progress to involved parties. Resolves issues that arise involving stakeholders, when appropriate. Transitions program to management personnel. Participates in oral presentations. Develops and provides training as needed. Ensures required release materials are completed.
What’s Needed?
Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred. Computer Sciences courses preferred. Experience Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations Good knowledge of project management Knowledge of data analysis with strong Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Good organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Good negotiation skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
