Job title: Loan Workout Associate
Experis is seeking a Loan Workout Associate to join our team to work with our leading financial services client for a contract role in West Des Moines, IA.
The Loan Workout Associate role will be responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and/or settlements. Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable. Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.

Manages control step in recovery department Final stage in settlement review process Focuses mainly on Credit Cards cases Receives daily/weekly reports and assigns tasks accordingly Non-customer facing role
Desired Experience
2+ years of experience in financial services Root cause analysis Strong understanding of credit cards Payment research skills Familiarity with civil procedure in litigation Collaboration with third-party law firms Ability to work independently and resourcefully Background in enterprise/corporate environments Proficiency in Excel
