Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Specialist - Industrial Division at Express Employment Professionals CDA in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Employment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as communication with job seekers and employers, conducting interviews, providing exceptional customer service, training new hires, and recruiting qualified candidates. The Employment Specialist will play a key role in connecting individuals with job opportunities and supporting businesses with their staffing needs.

ScheduleMonday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm business hours. Must be willing to be on-call for two-week periods up to six times per year.
CompensationThis is a salaried position plus commission and bonus opportunities. Health, Vision, Dental, Retirement Savings, S125 plan, PTO, Holidays plus 2 Floating holidays.
