Management Associate- Manufacturing Company
Leading Manufacturing company is seeking a qualified candidate for its Management Development Program. The goal of the Management Development Program is to identify future leaders of the company as part of its succession planning initiative. The candidate will work in a variety of roles with the company and will receive tailored mentoring throughout the program.
Responsibilities include:Leading projects intended to help the company improve efficiency; produce quality product, delivered on time and the proper cost.Contribute towards the development of a lean manufacturing culture. Strive to eliminate waste from Manufacturing Processes.Maintain a safe work environment; proactively identify safety hazards and comply with applicable state and federal laws.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or BusinessStrong communication and soft skillsMetal-Working and/or Manufacturing Experience preferred, but not required. Some level of mechanical aptitude required.Enjoy working in cross-functional environment and looking to expand knowledge base.
Compensation and Benefits:$65,000- $95,000 Based on experienceHealth, Dental, Paid Time Off, Nine (9) Paid Holidays, 401(k), Life, Disability & Accident Insurance, and Employee Assistance Program
