The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting top talent within the Sacramento market. The ideal candidate for this role will be a driven professional eager to grow their division. This recruiter will be doing full-cycle recruiting for the office services division. Recruiter Job Duties:Manage clients and open positions within the Office Services divisionSource candidates using job boards and your network to recruit candidates for openingsConduct interviews and match candidates with current and upcoming openingsMatching talent with potential employers in the Sacramento areaMaintain and develop relationships with existing associatesCreate job postings and marketing material to attract prospective candidatesConduct sales calls to advertise your candidates on a daily and weekly basis.Participate in Sacramento community events to grow your network and the Express brandMaintain and develop client relationships through communication and site visitsOther administrative duties as neededBenefits offered to Recruiters:Competitive compensationUncapped commissionBenefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and PTO401K matching programWork-Life balanceAbility to grow in your careerQualificationsExperience in sales or recruiting is preferred but not required.Master networker.
