Role Description This is a full-time on-site Speech Language Pathologist role at F.A.C.E.S 📚. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing speech therapy to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The daily tasks may include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and educators.
Qualifications Experience in Speech Therapy, including the assessment and treatment of communication disordersKnowledge of dysphagia and language disordersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement individualized treatment plansExcellent observation and analytical skillsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldValid state license or certification in Speech-Language PathologyExperience working with children and/or families is desirableAdditional certifications or specialized training in specific areas of speech pathology are a plus
