Law Firm seeks an experienced full-time, in-office, Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a boutique law firm providing tax, succession, estate planning and trust administration services to its clients. Responsibilities: Draft Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives and Irrevocable TrustsDraft Incapacity, Probate, and Trust Administration documents Draft and file petitions with the CourtAssist clients with collection, appraisal and distribution of assetsPrepare client communicationsPrepare accounting and gift and estate tax returnsAssist in the formation of entities such as Limited Liability CompaniesPerform legal researchProvide administrative/clerical tasks including answering telephones, scheduling appointments and providing support for front desk/receptionist Performance, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ExcelProactive and a team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and possess initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervisionExceptional verbal and written communication skills; the position requires extensive professional contact with clients, court, county offices, supervisory attorneys and staff

Preferences:2+ years as an Estate Planning ParalegalBachelor’s Degree, ABA accredited Paralegal Certificate a plusCalifornia Notary LicenseProficiency in Clio law firm management software
