Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Operations Leadership
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the client services and sales team.Manage sales budgets and create incentive programs.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with key referral partners, understanding their needs and expectations.Address client feedback to identify areas for improvement.Develop and manage key performance indicators.Monitor competitor activity with our marketing team and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market penetration and expansion.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA is preferred.
Experience: You should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing customer service and increasing revenue.
