We are proud of our more than 80-year commitment to protecting the livelihoods and futures of our client/members and creating an atmosphere where our employees thrive.What You'll Do: In this role, you will be responsible for: responding to incoming calls, emails, faxes, or mail relating to total loss auto claims; contacting lienholders to obtain loan pay-off, lien release, and provide necessary GAP documents; contacting vehicle owners and salvage vendors in regard to title document corrections; total loss auto claim assignment; and managing salvage vehicle inventory.What It Takes to Join Our Team:· Experience handling auto claims is preferred.· High school diploma required; 3 years claims admin experience preferred.· Excellent oral and written communication.· Possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills and analytical ability.· Demonstrates basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.· Must work from our office in West Des Moines, IA or Lincoln, NE.
