📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Status: Full time
Compensation: $20-22/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Support Farmer in various farm tasks such as:
- Weeding
- Harvesting
- Planting
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Adhere to Farmscape best practices
- Represent Farmscape in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Some experience with annual vegetable cultivation or landscaping
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to perform manual work, lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to learn and adapt to Farmscape best practices
- Friendly and clear communicator
- Organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, tenacity and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
