About The Role:As a People Ops Generalist, you will be integral in cultivating a supportive and engaging work environment, managing a diverse range of cross-functional projects. From handling onboarding/offboarding processes to orchestrating culture events and interviews, you will ensure that every employee's journey at Feastables is fulfilling and well-supported.

Your support will be key in adapting our people strategies to align with Feastables’ growth trajectory, ensuring our team remains engaged and motivated within our rapidly evolving environment. What You’ll Be Doing:Facilitate the logistics of our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for employees entering or exiting the companyAdminister HR-related tasks, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, and employment verificationOversee the ordering and distribution of IT equipment, coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill employee needsContribute towards internal communication, playing a crucial role in maintaining transparency and connection across the companyProvide support in employee relations, aiding in performance management and issue resolution to promote a constructive and collaborative environmentAssist in managing the recruitment and hiring processes, coordinating interviews and facilitating the flow of inbound talentMaintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient access to informationPlan and execute workplace culture initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction

Recipe For Success:2-4 years of experience in a human resources or people operations role, ideally within CPG or a related industryProficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, capable of conducting pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced functions to analyze HR dataExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and maintain employee informationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of the talent landscape, with ability to coordinate interviews across time zonesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interaction with team members across the organizationStrong knowledge of local, state and federal employment lawsProactive and empathetic approach to handling employee relations and HR issues, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive company cultureA collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindsetPassion for the creator / social media space
