Ferguson is currently seeking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift DC Warehouse Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN based distribution center opening soon! If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping and/or receiving, coupled with a dedication to quality, this is the position for you!
Training will take place within Ferguson's Nashville, TN and/or Murfreesboro, TN warehouse locations for a period of approximately 8 - 14 weeks. Upon the opening of the distribution center, associates will begin working at the Lebanon, TN facility.

Qualifications
Prior experience in putaway, picking, and/or loading preferredStrong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hoursMaterial handling equipment experience preferred but not requiredDrive to excel in fast-paced environmentAbility to accurately and safely complete picking and/or storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockersAbility to work at heights up to 30 feetAbility to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours.
Responsibilities
Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating proceduresAccurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locationsAssemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized mannerEffectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignmentsMaintain inventory integrity and product safety at all timesExecute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners and/or voice devicesFollow all established standard operating procedures for given task areasAccurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on palletParticipate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to managementPerform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Pay Range
$15.00 - $23.79
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
