We've raised $30M+ to date and are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Greylock, and QED. Located in SF, NYC, Austin, and Bangalore, we're looking to expand our 35+ person team to build the future of eCommerce!About the role:
Brand Success Engineer is one of the most pivotal jobs at FERMAT. You'll work directly with our brands to triage and solve issues that affect their ability to use and integrate with our product. In this role, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity and technical skills to help some of the largest brands in eCommerce drive real business impact using FERMAT.
What you'll do:Work directly with our brands to understand and solve issues with the consumer facing surface of our product and our eCommerce platform integrationsImplement and maintain integrations with analytics and attribution providers such as Google Analytics, Northbeam, Triplewhale and Elevar to help brands track their success with FERMATAdd customizations on top of our existing consumer product surface to support specific brand needsSolve some of the most critical problems at FERMAT and help make brands successful using our product
What you have:1+ years of relevant, post-college work experienceStrong coder with shown proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript/Typescript, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Python or similarStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at FERMAT and the brands we work withComfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectivesA pragmatic approach to solving technical problems that ensure a brand's success with FERMATLocated in the SF Bay Area and willing to come in to our SF office (located right next to the Giants stadium) 3 times a week
