Graphic Designer

Due to massive growth, we are looking to add a Graphic Designer to our Creative Services Department. This position will be responsible for developing graphics and creative branding styles for our national clients. It will require both conceptual work and general typesetting, as well as proofing and preparing files for production.

This position reports to the Director of Creative Services and is fully remote.

Salary is $70,000-75,000.

What you’ll do: • Update ticket tracking in our internal task system, as well as remaining in contact with other department leads regarding projects/deadlines, and any issues requiring attention.• Design creative and intuitive approaches to client graphics within existing branding guidelines or fashioning new ones if requested.• Recommending stock art, iconography, and font usage in design.• Graphic layout and typesetting.• Proofing and adjustments.• Preparing files for production and working with the production team on any adjustments that may be required.

Who You Are:• 3 years’ experience in computer graphic design and typesetting; experience with digital print production is a plus.• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, with a sense of urgency and conscious of quality standards. Must handle multiple tasks and priorities.• Must be comfortable working in a culture/environment that is high pressure, fast-paced, and often offers short execution times.• Excellent communication and proven leadership skills.• Technical skills with work-flow processes and advanced planning for incoming projects.• Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite.• Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite.• Familiar with modern RIP software; knowledge of Onyx is a plus.• Experience in color matching and adhering to style guidelines.• Comfortable working as part of a team, taking on multiple high-profile projects, and working extended hours and potentially weekends.• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
