About the Role

This position ensures implementation and coordination of financial and administrative processes of the Company in accordance with local legislation and Global policies. The position will support financial reporting and control over Commercial activities which will include administration activities related to the general ledger, financial statements and audits.

This position reports directly to the Financial Statement and Reporting Director. The position is instrumental in helping with monthly and year-end reporting.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure and perform proper closing timelines for fiscal activities and quantitative analysis of financial data External and Internal Audit coordination and execution Make recommendations and implement necessary changes with policies and procedures to support accounting methodologies and compliance objectives Ensure documentation to maintain corporate governance requirements and records Reconciliation of information between systems related to SAP and Hyperion data management Provide support to ad-hoc projects as needed

Who we are looking for

At least 4 years of relevant experience Knowledge of financial and management accounting Knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS knowledge encouraged) Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems Ability to enforce administrative financial control systems, policies and procedures while driving process improvement initiatives Detail oriented, problem solver who can work in a fast-paced environment
