Position Purpose Manage Medicare sales and business for assigned markets.
Prospect, appoint and manage relationships to achieve production and profitability objectives for assigned marketsManage sales activities for assigned markets and ensure Medicare product performance is consistent with the corporation’s business and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory requirementsProvide functional and technical support regarding Medicare product requirementsDevelop and implement plans to identify root causes and actions necessary to resolve identified operational issuesFacilitate development of various reporting tools to monitor operational functions and identify opportunities for improved performance, including development and analysis of reportsMaintain current knowledge of CMS requirements for various sales functions to facilitate identification of requirements for development and assure compliant business operations
Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of sales operations, project management, or business analysis experience within the Medicare field.
Licenses/Certifications Current state’s driver license. State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License.Pay Range $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
