Position Title: Full-Time Advertising Copywriter - Field & Stream

As a Full-Time Advertising Copywriter at Field & Stream, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the brand's voice and tone across various channels. You'll be entrusted with crafting compelling copy that resonates with our audience, while also driving engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Brand Voice Development: Lead the refinement and evolution of Field & Stream's brand voice and tone to ensure consistency and resonance across all communication channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand positioning, target audience, and marketing objectives. Copywriting: Produce high-quality copy for a range of channels including email, SMS, paid search ads, website content, presentations, social media posts, and product descriptions. Create compelling headlines, taglines, and messaging that captivate audiences and drive desired actions. Tailor messaging to suit the unique characteristics and requirements of each platform while maintaining brand integrity. Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences. Contribute innovative ideas for content formats and campaigns that differentiate Field & Stream in the outdoor recreation market. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns. Communicate ideas, feedback, and project updates clearly and professionally to ensure alignment and successful execution. Research and Optimization: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in copywriting and digital marketing. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iteratively optimize copy and messaging for improved engagement and conversion rates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. Proven experience working as a copywriter in advertising, preferably within the outdoor or lifestyle industry. Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across various channels. Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research for optimizing copy for search. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Needs to be strong in campaign concepting, script writing, creating powerful headlines and quick hitting copy for social media.
