Community Hubs (Retail) Operations Specialist

FIGS is looking for a 100% awesome, capable, experienced Community Hubs Operations Specialist at our Century City Community Hub. The Community Hubs Operations Specialist is responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for customers by ensuring a seamless try on and accurate inventory levels to reach the sales floor efficiently and effortlessly.

What you’ll do:

Ensure the FIGS brand and mission is being represented in every aspect of our store sales and operationsSupport sales as a sales leader during high traffic / peak periodsOversee all aspects of Community Hub inventory management Partner closely with FIGS’ Inventory Planning and Fulfillment teams to plan and execute inventory receipts and RTVs Lead the stock associates and oversee their daily activitiesOversee the management of all incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain and manage processes that support accurate inventory levels for the storeRecognize and communicate any variances in inventory levels Oversee the process for all returns and damaged or shop worn goodsOversee the process for cycle counts and inventory adjustments Partner with management, inventory planning, and merchandising to communication inventory and product performance as well as replenishment needs Assist with back of house management and inventory organization as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs) Assist with all systems related to inventory Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues Ensure all policies and procedures are being enforced and met by the staff

Qualifications

2+ years retail and inventory experience store Action oriented, driving for results and strong time management skills Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs) Strong oral and written communication skills and work well with numbers Ability to read and analyze inventory reports All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

Pay Range

At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $X and $X. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
