Assist with investor onboarding activities Assist with quarterly investor statementsPrepare quarterly minority interest and non-consolidated subsidiaries analysis and reconciliationsPrepare quarterly equity schedulesPrepare various portfolio level and tenant analysis schedulesAssist with quarterly preparation of fair value financial statementsAssist with audit processesComplete investor reporting requestsCompletion of lender reporting requestsAssist with calculation and preparation of Clarion investor fees Accounting:Quarterly AR/AP reconciliation and journal entriesAssist with quarter end close journal entries as neededAssist with MLT transactions Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years’ experience requiredExcellent communication and organizational skills, detail orientedProfessionalism and dedication a mustCPA preferred
