Job descriptionOur client, a well-known national distributor of building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in La Crosse, WI. This is a salaried, direct hire position with great benefits. 100% onsite.Responsibilities:Strategize objectives and sales opportunitiesCall 30-50 existing, new, and/or target customers dailyCollaborate with the territory sales teamProcess customer quotes and ordersConsistently deliver exceptional experiences to customersRecord, analyze, report & forecast account informationMaintain and increase sales growth and market shareQualifications:2+ years of sales experienceBuilding products knowledge preferredProficient with CRMExcellent customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:$50,000 - $55,000Bonus structureOvertime eligibilityEmployer sponsored health insuranceContributing 401kVacation & Holiday schedule#staffing
