Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Service Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating customer service activities, and facilitating effective communication between the sales team and customers. The role will involve monitoring and coordinating proposals for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating to management when required. Also this job is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team and other departments to drive sales growth and achieve targets. Other responsibilities include managing alarm monitoring accounts and preparing weekly sales revenue reports for department sales meetings.
QualificationsStrong attention to detailsSales Coordination skillsCustomer Service and Communication skillsExperience in sales or related roleStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of fire and life safety systems (preferred)Related certifications (e.g., sales, customer service) are a plus
