We are actively searching for a FT Customer Service Representative to work in our Edmonton AB, Canada location.
This position will serve as the liaison between customers and field personnel, to fulfill customer requests. Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, etc. in a courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
Duties of the Customer Service Representative:Processes a high volume of incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and faxChecks in Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconciles all customer funds received during deliveriesMakes regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and assists in maintaining accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or lessProvides backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes in supervisor's absenceKeeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documentsDevelops and demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Company's products, services, and pricing structure.
