Summit Funding Group, Inc. is an established and growing equipment leasing company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank located in Mason, OH. Summit is expanding our Lender Documentation Department and hiring two (2) full-time Funding Specialists. The Funding Specialist will provide support to complete the processing of the documentation for lenders associated with transaction initiated by the Vendor Finance, Middle Market, and Syndication divisions.
Summit Funding Group, Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase FundingsProcess all documentation required for Vendor Finance Program ManagementDocumentation Review of Lessee/Lessor documentsReview and process Loan documentsPrepare Assignment and Loan documentsProvide excellent customer service to all internal and external partnersAbility to update spreadsheetsAbility to review Equity deals when necessaryAbility to prioritize individual workload
Qualifications
1 years of leasing, mortgage industry, or commercial loan experienceExcellent organizational, verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedStrong Customer-service skillsTeam player who can also work independentlyThe ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneouslyAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDFUnderstanding of financial calculations – desired not required
