The First Financial Bank Student Consumer Banker position provides college students the opportunity to gain professional experience in a client- facing environment and gain experience using Salesforce and other tools used by many major companies. Offering flexible full-time or part-time work schedule during the school year, and an opportunity for a full-time banking career path. Students must have reliable transportation to travel between financial centers up to a 30 mile radius from their assigned location. less than br>Student Consumer Banker will work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new FFB clients to help deepen client relationships by referring, as appropriate, to internal business partners. less than br>Ideal candidates will be transitioning from a Consumer Banker Co-op or Intern role. Hands on mentoring from managers and exposure to others in the organization will also help prepare students for future careers at the bank and other organizations.less than br>

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Student Consumer Banker will work with an assigned leader to coordinate additional training and schedulingComplete required online compliance coursesConduct teller transactionsSupport client engagement through client conversations and follow upUtilization of key tools and systems including SalesForcePerform daily activities that align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), including but not limited to:Partner with appropriate internal constituencies to bring appropriate level of expertise to the client whether it is service or solution relatedEnsure client follow up calls are conducted in the proper time frameMaintain all operational and risk management standardsOther duties as assigned to assist clients transact business within the branch, drive-thru, by phone and emailModel the way for peers and coworkers aligned with First Financials Mission and ValuesAdhere to all compliance and regulatory proceduresDeliver excellent client experienceParticipate and lead in the First Financial Bank Experience by being active in site center huddles and meetings to support service activitiesConsistently meet or exceed service and referral goals as set by management, by effectively collaborating as a team, the District and with lines of business in an effort to assist clients meet their dedicated financial needsProvide digital assistance and service for clients establishing or in need of support in utilizing the bank’s online offering

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
