📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: 1410 REES ST BREAUX BRIDGE LA 70517
30 hours per week
A successful Universal Banker is versatile, flexible, and talented. You are the associate that can do almost anything within the banking center. You'll process transactions, handle accounts, and seek sales opportunities. You will be trained to educate clients on our products, services, and benefits. Key Responsibilities Include
Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer serviceProcess financial transactions for clientsWork with clients to open and administer their accountsAssist with loan applications and other products and servicesEducate clients on our products and servicesAppropriately cross-sell and refer clients to other internal groupsParticipate in client calling activitiesAssist in training new associatesAssist with all other aspects of operations as needed
Qualifications Include
High school diploma or equivalent1 year of related experience as a teller preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAs part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
