Responsibilities - Service Advisor
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more. Provide a completely satisfied customer experienceMaintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score
Qualifications - Service Advisor
Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferredAutomotive operational knowledgeA friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service and communication skillsA positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearancePleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency on relevant platforms is a plusValid driver's license and good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent
