We are now hiring for Experienced Audi Master Technicians / Mechanics. To be considered, applicants must have Audi Master Technician certification and experience. Responsibilities – Audi Master Technician

Assume shop leadership role and respond to Technicians’ questions and issuesAbility to maintain and repair shop equipment to assist teams Confer with Service Manager or service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to be performed. Examine vehicles by providing professional level inspections to determine wear and extent of damage or malfunctions. Repair and maintain all automobiles in the Audi product lineFull understanding of Warranty Policies and ProceduresAdequately note/document completed repairs and concerns through dealership DMSTest and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications. Ensure that the work area is in excellent condition with regard to cleanliness, safety, and equipment conditionAbility to operate shop equipment such as wheel balancer, brake lathe, vehicle lifts, computerized diagnostic equipment, OEM special tools, A/C machines, alignment machine, flush machines etc. Perform quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standardsClearly write and communicate needed repairs/maintenance and the parts and time needed to repairRepair broken or worn mechanical and technology componentsMaintain repair and service recordsInstall equipment, components, and systemsTest vehicles both before and after repairOther duties may be assigned according to expertise and certifications

Qualifications/Requirements – Audi Master Technician

Master Technician Experience and Certification requiredExemplary team leadership skillsMust be able to show levels of Master Certification from AudiValid driver's license with good driving record and the ability to drive stick-shift vehicles. Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceAbility to keep a clean work environment and follow safety guidelinesA good work ethicStrong communication skills, written and oralPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
