Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work at a growing company! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of FP&A Analyst experience. The base salary ranges from $100,000-$110,000 depending upon years of experience. This role will encompass financial reporting, financial analysis, continuous process improvement, and ad hoc financial projects.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business units to formulate annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts, aiming for a weekly revenue and forecast.P/L managementBuilding financial models and dashboardsSupport the preparation and maintenance of longer-term financial forecastsDevelop ad hoc financial and business models to aid the leadership team in short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial and business planning.Deliver market and competitor information, along with associated statistics and insightful commentary, to the leadership team.Establish and maintain various financial and operational KPIs regularly.Analyze financial and operational results to enhance understanding of company performance, including thorough fluctuation analysis.Utilize Power BI tools to provide meaningful insights into business performance.Contribute to building and enhancing forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting within our automated reporting tool.Provide detailed analysis and commentary on trended financial statement results.Review existing operations, processes, and procedures within business units, recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications3+ years of FP&A experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related concentrationStrong quantitative and analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationshipsStrong influencing and interpersonal skillsHigh level of business acumenAdvanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting ERP systems and software packages
