The Accounting Manager will oversee a growing multi-entity division of a $10B+ organization with terrific benefits and company culture. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, oversee preparation of financial statements for 20+ subsidiaries, review financial reports, and manage technical accounting research and guidance. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience and strong financial reporting/technical accounting experience. CPA is highly preferred.

Accounting Manager - ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor a team of 2-4 accounting staffManage preparation of financial reports, management reporting, and footnotes for 20+ company entitiesManage relationship with 3rd party accounting team and review journal entries and financial statementsPerform technical accounting research and provide accounting guidance for entitiesPrepare financial summaries/reports for senior leadership and BODCoordinate annual audit processAssist with preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecastsDrive continuous improvement to accounting processes and policies
Accounting Manager - RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting7+ years of accounting experienceFinancial Reporting & Technical Accounting experienceCPA highly preferred
Compensation will range to $175,000 + 15% annual bonus
