📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Senior Corporate Tax Manager - Up to $210k + bonus Reporting directly to the VP of Tax, this role will support the overall tax function for a global organization, including tax compliance, tax planning and accounting for income taxes. ***2 days onsite, 3 from home
Description:Oversee tax accounting, reporting, compliance, and forecasts Lead a team of Corporate Tax AccountantsCollaborate with the Tax VP to strategize on organizational changes and tax laws, and analyze domestic and international structures. Develop and execute tax planning strategiesManage projects for domestic operations like transfer pricing and tax incentives. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and US Statutory tax provisions (ASC 740 and SSAP 101).Address tax issues related to federal, international, and state income tax returns. Coordinate accounting for income taxes with auditors. Handle transfer pricing and management fee arrangements. Provide leadership, guidance, and career development for the Tax team. Establish internal controls for income tax accounting.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance10+ years of combined public/corporate tax experienceInsurance industry experience
