📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Senior Technical Accountant - Up to $95k Global organization looking for a Senior Technical Accountant. The ideal candidate comes from a large, publicly traded organization with manufacturing experience. ***4 days onsite, 1 from home
Description:Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards (GAAP), specifically focusing on revenue recognition and lease accounting. Oversee lease accounting compliance software, offering technical support, managing access, and generating reports for company-wide users. Aid in acquisition due diligence and accounting processes, including documenting and upholding control procedures. Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting closes, including intercompany reconciliation and preparation. Contribute to SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) preparation. Handle special accounting tasks as necessary. Assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and fulfill other duties within the Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting team as assigned.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance3+ years of financial reportingPublic company experienceCPA preferred
