Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications Supervisory SkillsExperience in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and TroubleshootingStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a teamAttention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in property management or related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
