What You Will Be Doing

Work from eligibility is based on performance and business needs; Associates will report to the office if their performance does NOT meet standards or if the client or FIS requires a return office. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets correspondence related to account maintenance. Ensures loan applications comply with governmental regulations and requirements by reviewing complex legal documents and regulatory requirements (Loan Operations Analyst)Performs quality control on new and existing loans using internal reports and loan documentation to verify data input is correct and documents accurate and in regulatory compliance. (Loan Operations Analyst)Communicates professionally with clients and third parties through multiple channels (phone, email, workflow tools)Researches and resolves internal and externally submitted account questions and problemsPerforms high risk task processing including maintenance on accounts having regulatory or monetary implications, e.g., payment/research corrections, credit bureau dispute research, Reg Z disputes, loan payoff processing, fee processing, loan modifications. (Loan Operations Analyst)Processes loan payoff requests and paid loansFollows up on insurance information, and processes insurance on accountsProcesses payments and payment exceptionsPerforms escrow analyses. Prepares and executes annual escrow analysesMonitors daily reports and follows-up as required

The pay range for this full-time position is $15.28 - $26.39 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
