About The Role

This opportunity is for a Director of Operations to support the centralization of commercialization and pricing within our Banking Solutions environment. This position will be supporting a new central team, Cards & Money Movement, BPaas, Banking & Decision Solutions, Digital Solutions, and Modern Banking Platforms. This role will require someone with a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic planning, and change management skills. This role is remote eligible.

What You Will Be Doing

Designing and managing a robust communication and interaction modelDesigning and refining a centralized process and workflow that will evolve over time to ensure efficiency and standardizationEnsuring all stakeholders are aligned with the new processes, facilitating smoother transitions and better collaborationSeamlessly integrating personnel into the centralized teamAdjusting deal flow and pricing mechanisms across Banking Solutions in managing transitions and aligning diverse teams towards common goalsDriving prioritization and providing project management support for executing prioritized initiativesManaging status reporting and tracking of progress with dedicated focusFacilitating strong collaboration with the Pricing Operations teamEnsure the success of CPQ initiatives by aligning efforts and fostering teamworkManaging tracking and reporting against all transformation work in the teamEnsuring information is accurately reflected in executive reporting dashboards, enhancing transparency and accountability

What You Will Need

Deep experience in working with technology partners to execute business requirementsDemonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing effortsProject management and change management expertise in delivering complex solutions are essentialRelevant industry experience within markets risk and controlSelf-starting with proven ability to hit the ground runningExcellent oral and written communications skillsAbility to handle complexity, ambiguity and a fast changing, often demanding work environmentAbility to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organizationDemonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capabilityIs resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $115,310.00 - $193,710.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
