Flexographic Printing / Converting Machine Operator

The Machine Converting Operator will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines. This includes job set-up and troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues. The operator plays a crucial role in increasing our skilled talent to meet customers' demands.
Previous experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates, or similar manufacturing companies requiredProven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for 10 hours and lift to 50 lbsKnowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines preferred
