What does a successful Business Analyst - Governance do at Fiserv?

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) BA possesses extensive knowledge related to IAM and works under an IAM leader to plan, conduct, and establish a functional vision for IAM projects and assignments. The BA will be associated with multiple functions including demand and capacity for the team’s resources. The business analyst understands the vision of the IAM leader and the day-to-activities of their peer IAM engineers and is able to create a pipeline of IAM integrations to be executed by the team.

What You Will Do

Define and document business and technical requirements for building standards within the Identity and Access Management teamsEstablish policies and procedures to capture, organize and document artifacts for future auditsEstablish a cadence to conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance within our own requirements and internal policiesProvide training and guidance to team on IAM best practices, security awareness and data handling proceduresServe as the internal IAM liaison to both internal and external groups and teams

What You Need To Have

6-10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background/related experienceStrong background in IAM principles, data security and audit complianceFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks, security baselines, and data governance practices Exposure to SAFe Agile methodology and SCRUM teams

Data hygiene/data management experiencePresentation capabilitiesPrior experience as a BA on large-scale teams is preferred.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
