What does a successful Talent Acquisition, Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in standing up our new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in downtown Milwaukee making it one of the largest fintech hubs in the Midwest. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to develop a strategy for hiring excellent talent, and you will play a key role in establishing the culture at our new HQ location.
What you will do: Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing job postings, reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation.Build effective partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand our business so you can confidently explain it to others.Function as a trusted and strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and driving best practices across the hiring process.Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and new hire experience through timely communication, transparency and engagement.Track and manage multiple recruitment projects including onsite and offsite career events. Mentor and develop a team of Recruiters.
What you will need to have: Bachelor’s Degree6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience5+ years’ experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at a corporate company. 2 + years’ experience leading a team of Recruiters.Experience working with senior leadership on executive-level roles.
