What does a successful Talent Acquisition, Recruiter do at Fiserv?
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a key role in standing up our new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in downtown Milwaukee making it one of the largest fintech hubs in the Midwest. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to develop a strategy for hiring excellent talent, and you will play a key role in establishing the culture at our new HQ location.
What you will do: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Leadership to create and execute a hiring strategy for our clients including community engagement, associate engagement, university and military relations and employer branding.Build effective partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand our business so you can confidently explain it to others.Function as a trusted and strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and driving best practices across the hiring process.Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and new hire experience through timely communication, transparency and engagement.
What you will need to have: Bachelor’s Degree4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience2+ years experience recruiting full time talent at a corporate company is required
