📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are Fit City Adventures, a corporate lifestyle concierge company that provides unique adventures, fitness classes, recreational activities, wellness experiences, and virtual team events for corporate groups that want to take team building to the next level. We help our clients release endorphins and make memories that last a lifetime. Join our fit, fun, fast-paced, active crew for corporate group adventures, from meditations, yoga, and sound baths to hikes, ebikes, and surfing.
The Event Experience Staff is responsible for executing in-person and virtual events, operating as the liaison between clients and vendors, representing Fit City, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering high quality events to clients.
This position is event based contract work.
TasksLiaison between client and vendorOversee event setup and breakdownCheck in attendees, have them sign waiversTake photos & videos of the event in actionTroubleshoot and ensure event runs smoothlyFill out post-event reportParticipate in the event and/or tour like hiking and ebiking
