Technical Sales Manager

Job Title: Technical Sales EngineerLocation: Bellevue, WA

Duties and Responsibilities:Foxconn Interconnect Technology is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Technical Sales Engineer for our Bellevue, WA office.As a vital member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a key role in working with our customers in developing custom interconnects for local OEMs, while leveraging the expertise of our factory teams based in Asia.The ideal candidate will have a background in the design and manufacture of connectors, cable assemblies and/or mechanical components.Serve as a sales liaison and technical project manager leading custom interconnect development programs for the consumer device and data center markets.Facilitate communication with local customers on technical requirements and provide design solutions/enhancements with the support of our product development teams based in Asia.Spearhead discussions with customers and our factory engineering teams on design, tooling, engineering build, qualification testing, scheduling, and launch plans.Provide sales/technical support, lead investigations/root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to closure.

Education and Experience:Must be able to work with minimal supervision and utilize knowledge, experience, and judgment to accomplish goals within the framework of a dynamic team-oriented environment:B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or other related engineering degree required.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mechanical assembly/component industry in a design, manufacturing, sales, or application engineering role required.Project management, customer interface, and/or sales experience in an OEM assignment preferred.Fluency in Mandarin language is strongly preferred.
