Flash Telemarekting GmbH ist ein ServiceCenter mit Sitz in Gommern, Oschersleben und Köthen. Wir telefonieren für verschiedene Auftraggeber mit großem Vertriebsanteil im inbound.
Aufgaben
- Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und -beratung
- Entgegennahme von Anrufen und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen
- Bearbeitung von Beschwerden und Reklamationen
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Aufträgen
Qualifikation
- gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zum Telefonieren und Kundenkontakt
- Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

unbefristete Arbeitsverträge 20-40h / Woche

relativ freie Schichteinteilung Mo bis Fr in der Zeit vom 09.00-18.00 Uhr, Sa 9-14 Uhr
Lohn: 14,00Euro/h + Anwesenheitsprämie + Verkaufsprovision
