📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled part-time Barista to join our FTW Flat Track Coffee team!
Performance Expectations- Provide genuine & unique connections to a variety of customers looking for a variety of experiences- Maintain a clean and organized work station in the midst of heavy customer traffic & complete all required cleaning tasks- Maintain high quality standards while preparing & serving handcrafted beverages and food products- Accurately operate POS system, and follow all cash handling procedures- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to attribute in creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for your team and community

Here’s some more important information about the position!:Base pay is $13/ hour + tips, with the first 90 days starting at $12/ hour while in onboarding. Our current tips average out to $6.75-8.50/hr, on top of base pay We are currently looking for someone that can work 15-30 hrs/ week, and also has full weekend availabilityAvailable scheduled hours are between 630a-430p every day of the week
