📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
FlexTek is proactively seeking skilled and experienced full cycle accounts payable specialists to potentially join one of our leading clients in the near future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:full cycle accounts payable transactions including invoice processing, coding, and data entry.invoices and expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.necessary approvals and ensure proper documentation for all payments.and perform weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check runs and electronic payments.vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.accurate and up-to-date vendor records and files.with month-end processes including accruals and reconciliations.support for audits and respond to auditor inquiries related to accounts payable.opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency enhance as needed.
Qualifications:degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredyears of experience in full cycle accounts payable or similar rolein accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Sage) and MS Excelunderstanding of GAAPattention to detail and accuracyto prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentanalytical and problem-solving skillscommunication and interpersonal skillsto work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
