Responsibilities:Implement solutions with empathy of the end user in mindWork with existing team to understand and implement frontend and backend systems Partner with product design to understand technical feasibility of solutions Leverage version control and the software development lifecycle to deliver features and applications Learn to write reliable, well structured, and tested code in a CI/CD environment Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, the product group, and key stakeholders of the business Leverage JIRA to track, manage, and catalog work items, defects, resolutions as a part of an agile team Deliver features and work tasks with oversight and assistance from leadership

Requirements

Education: Attending higher education for a Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field

Skills: Exposure to fundamental software development principles such as data structures, algorithms, networking and other core technologies Experience with one OOP or Functional programming language such as Python, C#, Java or other relevant programming languages Clear and effective written and oral communication about challenging computer science conceptsMust be reliable and dependable, work all shifts and arrive on timeMust be responsible and safe and adhere to all Flogistix safety proceduresPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in fundamental software development principles including data structures, algorithms, networking and other core technologiesProficiency with one OOP or Functional programming language such as Python, C#, Java or other relevant programming languagesWorking Conditions:Must be able to lift up to 15lbs and be able to set up computer/tech equipment
