Supply Chain Cognos Analyst

This position is responsible for developing and supporting capabilities for Warehouse management applications. Support the development and maintenance of Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) reporting and analytics solutions using IBM Cognos and Manhattan Associates tools. Assist in creating SCI reports and dashboards to analyze supply chain and operations KPIs. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Contribute to reporting improvements that support key business objectives.

Job Duties

Using Manhattan Associates' Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) tools, create and update SCI reports and dashboards in IBM Cognos.Collect and document business requirements for SCI reporting.Apply data visualization best practices to present supply chain metrics and KPIs.Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness of SCI reporting.Resolve SCI report errors and performance issues.Communicate with IT, Operations, and business stakeholders on SCI reporting needs.Provide user support and training on SCI reports and tools.Participate in SCI project implementations and upgrades.Keep abreast of IBM Cognos and SCI reporting best practices and new features.Perform other reporting and analytics duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.Some experience with BI reporting tools, IBM Cognos is required.Basic knowledge of Manhattan Associates supply chain solutions required.Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.Experience with data visualization best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Eager to learn and implement new technologies.

Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment)

Occasional travel may be required including air and car travelWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
