Participation in this program allows service men and women to partake in civilian work where they will receive on the job experience and training in an area that aligns with their interests. Full-time employment opportunities after successful completion of the program may be available.

We are currently looking to host military SkillBridge participant this FALL!
Start Date: September 2, 2024
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Participate in the design and execution of research on various projects ranging from exploratory research to concept validation. Collaborate effectively with interaction and visual designers within the Experience Design team to deliver formative and summative research in cadence with the team’s design process. Work on cross-functional product teams, partnering closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Assist in the creation of research strategies, coordination of participant recruitment, and facilitation of usability studies. Work directly with research participants. Generate insights that influence product strategy, feature design, and prioritization. Inspire stakeholders with creative and compelling presentation of your findings and insights.
Eligibility Requirements
Military members must be within the 180 days (approximately 6 months) of their transition from active duty into the civilian world.An approximate 120-day commitment, though this is flexible depending on the need.Candidates must be comfortable working in a remote setting.Grade Officers (E3- E5) Or (O1- O3)
Preferred
Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods.Experience and comfort building rapport with research participants.Strong skills in effectively eliciting insights, observations, and commentary from participants without leading or injecting bias.Strong experience analyzing, synthesizing and delivering/presenting research.
