The Role

As a Local Delivery Driver , you will play a vital role in connecting customers with their essential equipment, ensuring safe and timely deliveries and pickups , and providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do in This Role
Safely operate , load, and unload machines for transport, ensuring the highest level of care is taken during transportation. Deliver and pick up equipment to local customers, guaranteeing prompt and efficient service. Clearly and professionally c ommunicate delivery and pick up times with customers . Follow company policies and adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCS A ) regulations , prioritizing safety at all times . Perform all tasks with high attention to safety and detail . Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Our Ideal Candidate
Possesses excellent organizational and communications skills . Exhibits a positive attitude with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Holds a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record . Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize safety while meeting deadlines.
What Will Put You Ahead
Previous experience hauling heavy machinery, showcasing a solid understanding of transportation requirements. Knowledge of construction equipment size, weight, and operation, enabling safe and efficient loading and unloading. Strong understanding and compliance of DOT regulations . Computer experience and the ability to learn new software .
