POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to lead our marketing and advertising channels. This person will oversee paid advertising including Meta, Bing, Pinterest, and Google advertising and will oversee Affiliate marketing and SEO initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Defining and executing advertising strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and SEO channelsManaging our advertising agency and acting as a liaison between the agency and internal marketing, digital, and design teamsOwn overall goals, metrics and reporting for all campaignsRequesting social campaign and landing page assets and copy from the creative teamDefining and leading A/B testing within the respective selling channelsStrategize, define and deliver results on ROAS, conversion, revenue, sessions, and relevant KPIs for advertising successHave ownership of a substantial marketing budget and optimize the mix accordingly to achieve company targets REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE

2-5 years of paid advertising and performance marketing professional experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrategic thinker, industry-savvy actionable, great communicatorSubstantial experience managing a performance marketing agency or professional experience managing day to day advertising functions (setting up campaigns, requesting assets, managing budgets etc.)Experience managing Facebook and Google campaigns is required; additional platforms such as Bing, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok a plus)Excellent project management, reporting, and presentation skills Footwear Unlimited, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that complies with the laws and regulations set forth under EEOC.
