At Foresight, the Practice Coordinator is responsible as the primary point of contact for our office. In this position, you will act as the liaison between members, providers, and clinical staff, providing essential support to ensure smooth daily operations. We are seeking kind, flexible, people-first individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic to help run our office and provide exceptional care to our clients.

As a Practice Coordinator, You Will

Utilization and Scheduling Management - Focus on business utilization and supporting Therapy Leaders and cohorts. Monitor and Report On-Time Cancellation trends, No Show/ Late Cancellation trends, and Completed Appointment trendsEnsuring clients have all necessary documentation signed and completed for ongoing treatmentAnswering phones, emails, and client messages using various Foresight systemsWorking collaboratively with providers to care for clientsSupport with caseload transfers for emergency situationsReview and update client insurance packages and co-pay selections as necessaryMinimal IT support for providers in clinical cohortOther responsibilities as necessary

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in adherence with HIPAA Privacy lawsExceptional customer service skillsBilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changeHighly organized and a great multitaskerAbility to maintain sustained focus for long periods of time and creative/analytical thinkingWillingness to take on new challenges and pivot focus as neededRequires you to have a private workspace that allows you to adhere to HIPAA regulations while communicating with clients.AdvancedMD or other applicable EHR experience is a plus
