Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. As the Corporate Controller, you will oversee all aspects of our company's financial management and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and providing strategic guidance to senior management. ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition (ASC606), and various special analyses.This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.Monitor and review financial transactions and activities to ensure compliance with GAAP and established policies and procedures. Also, compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels. This includes finances, tax filings, and reporting.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficienciesManage day-to-day accounting operationsAssist in the processing and oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payablePerform Bank and General Ledger account reconciliationsResponsible for payroll with oversight from human resourcesAssist in the reporting of financial results and variancesPerform special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting requiredActive CPA license requiredProficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) Strong GAAP accounting knowledge and best practices5 years minimum experience managing an accounting teamManufacturing industry experience is preferredAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)Knowledge of full accounting cycleSelf-starter who is proactive, takes initiative, and follows through on tasks in a timely mannerExcellent interpersonal skills and great team player attitudeExceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approachSolid understanding of financial acumen and business operations
